Hello,
In dynamics 365 HR, we can add custom fields. But Can we add lookup field or Can we validate field data?
One more query can we connect standard entity with picklist field? If yes, then what in case if it will not show in table list?

Hi Bansari,
You can create a custom field in D365 HR and You can add logic using Power Apps or Flow to validate the data.
A custom field has a data type of Picklist which is a set of values like Enum. There is no possibility to connect picklist with any entity.
