
I'm following the Unified Service Desk configuration walkthroughs found at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/unified-service-desk/walkthrough-5-display-enhanced-session-information-displaying-session-name-overview-data.
I'm having an issue with Step 5. I'm unable to display any information in the session overview line. It just doesn't show up as it indicates in the walkthrough that it should. This is what I'm seeing in USD.
My configuration (maybe I'm missing something simple and I need a second set of eyes on it):
Any help would be appreciated. I know I could skip this section of the Walkthrough as the docs indicate SessionExplorer isn't recommended for general use, but I'd like to know how this works and why it isn't.
