Case \ Incident in Business Process: The entity name doesn't exist. Please specify an existing entity name.

Hello, I have read some similar topics here in community, but none of suggested ideas has solved my problem.

I create a Business Process (workflow) in classic Dynamics CRM interface.

I make a background process, which triggers on create or on change of 1 field.

I make a condition: IF (field on Service_request)=Yes, then Create a Case (incident - system name of entity).

Service_request has 1:N relationship with Case (Incident).

When I hit "Set attributes", I get a new window with an error:

What I have tried:

1. Open a UI form of Case (not of interactive experience), then refresh process window and try set attributes. I tried to open different forms (to cache them) and then tried my workflow, nothing worked.

2. Create a dummy process with 2 entities (Case (incident) and Service_request) , publish, delete it as unmanaged solution. Doesn't help.

3. Publish any parts or whole my solution.

4. Make process without IF condition (the first step - create Case).

5. Make process in default solution.

6. Use another browser (Edge instead of Chrome), use incognito mode in Chrome.

7. Wait until tomorrow overnight.

8. Tried to create in BP(WF) not a case, but any other entity - it all works! But with the case I still get the error.

Please help... I don't want to give such a simple task to out developer...

    have you tried setting the language to english just to be sure it's not an issue with the cyrillic wording?
