Open msg files in browser app

Hi everyone,

on d365 I used to click to Files tab and open eml files in browser preview (without download anything).

It's since 1 week that this behaviour is changed. 

Everytime I click on eml in Files tab, the browser download it....

 

I'm searching for any updates or policy in my firm but I can't find anything.

Is there anyone that restored the previous behaviour?

    Hi,

    It depends on the browser you are using.

    E.g. for Edge, please refer to the following issue and its solution:
