How to customize existing "Qualify Lead" dialog box to update Contact value to "NO"

Hello,

We want to customize the existing dialog box of Qualify Lead. We need to set default value of "Contact" to No. Is this possible?

Currently the below ones are the default behavior in dynamics 365. Please see the below screenshot.

We have investigated on this but didn't get much details.

Hi Pradip,

Unfortunately, the 'Qualify Lead' dialog cannot be customized currently.

If you want to change it you will have to develop custom dialog using Html/JS.
