Field Service Mobile - Offline Profile Field Mapping - Work Order Creation and Work Order Follow Up

Hello,

I'm looking for potential options to adjust the OOB Offline mode field mapping within Field Service Mobile. For context we have a team of Field Engineers who need to be able to create work orders and follow up work orders out in the field, potentially without Wifi / 4G internet access.

Our use case is that all of our Work Orders are created against an Asset within the system. Online our system is configured to populate Service Account, Billing Account and Price list from the associated Service account found on the Asset record when the WO is created from the Asset record. This works correctly and as intended when there is internet connectivity.

However, when offline only the Asset field is mapped into the New WO and the WO is unable to be created as the Service Account and Price List fields are Business Required. Our engineers won't have knowledge which assets are covered by which Service Account or Price list etc.

A similar issue when creating Follow Up Work Orders offline, only the Service & Billing Accounts are pulled through from the Parent WO. Ideally we need to map the Business Required fields from the Parent WO to the Child follow up WO without internet connection.

What's my options to achieve this? Is there a way to adjust the OOB offline mapping in these two scenarios?
