Transfer order deleted

Dear All,

In AX 2012 R3 production environment, Transfer order TO-00012 has been created and shipped.

Somehow the transfer order TO-00012 was missing. so, I have checked in detail and below are the observation:


1. Transfer order "TO-00012" has been not shown in Form and order record is not available in StockTransferTable.

2. When I check the Stock Transfer History form there I can see the history of the order "TO-00012"  with shipped status.

3. The Inventory of the Transfer order items was moved to Transit warehouse and reserved.

4. The transfer order "TO-00012" entries are available StockTransferJour and StockTransferLine tables..

I'm unable to cancel the order or Receive it..

This is strange scenario, can anyone help me out on this scenario..

    This issue has been resolved, 

    It is because of the number sequence customization and we sorted out.
