Hello experts,

We would like to add a Logo to the Customer Account statement and was wondering if this requires customization? or can this be done via configuration

Hello SV,

You can try to use the Business document manager: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/analytics/er-business-document-management

It allows you to create document layouts without customizing them. You can also add the logo to the template.
