Dear All,

Greetings

I have a PO in Ax 2012. The PO registration form( PO line-update line-Registeration) shows no value due to workflow batch job issue

I was planning to write a job to populate this form. BUt the data comes from InventSum. I am new to AX and not sure what tables will be affected and how to get data from other tables to populate the PO registration form.

The PO is partially received and partially invoiced. I asked the user to cancel remainder qty on PO and raise a new PO but than when the user tries to do something , the workflow throws error as''-Quantity ordered cannot be reduced because there are not enough open stock transactions with the ordered status.

Kindly help.

    Hi,

Can you check the related inventory transactions starting from the purchase order line? How many inventory transaction do you see and what status do they have?
