Hi,
we need to customize the Task Template Entity to add an additonal field - how could we achieve the scenario that a task will be created through a customer journey with the populated new custom field of the template?

Do you want to map the fields in the task template to the generated task?
If yes, the field that can be mapped are determined by product just like Description and Subject.
I can't get the value of the new field in task entity.
