Grid

hi
a grid is there in my form with one ADD button(new command button)
but the problem is that for adding new record in grid , user has to press the ADD button every time
but user don't want to click ADD button every time.
I mean whenever user enter the record in one row then next blank row should be generated so that user can enter the record in the very next row without clicking any button.

    Hi,

Just tell the user to hit arrow down on the keyboard when the last line on the grid is highlighted.

    Regards,

    Adam

Hi Gautam, that's standard behaviour. To create a new record you have to do one of the following:

    1. Click the "New" button on the toolbar
    2. Press Control + N
    3. Press the down arrow

You could write some code to do what you are describing but I would not recommend it.
