user can't see his entries even criteria in field selected " created by"

hello experts,

i m facing a problem, when other users are creating ledger transaction list report , they are selecting in criteria in field is "created by" and entering their name..they can't see any thing but a person assigned with system admin role can see see when he select same criteria.

will you please tell me how can i solve this problem

but why other user can't see his own?? i know system admin includes all user but we can't assign every one sys.Admin Role..i just want to know how other users can his own entries in ledger transaction list report
