Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

The SMTP mail system returns the following error, the operation has timed out

We have some challenges to enable the Approval Notification. We have exhausted all options but the response is always "The SMTP mail system returns the following error, the operation has timed out".

Please kindly advise on the required setup when Office 365 is an option for easy integration with Dynamics NAV 2013R2.
