Year end closing issue in Ax 2012 R3

Hi All,

In Ax 2012 R3, when we run year closing, the system showing the below issue

Total of the transactions in the year is not 0.00.
Total is -2,200.00.

This is a serious error. Run \"Check\" on ledger transactions.

we have setup the below configuration and tried

1) Assigned accounts for posting type of error account and year end result 

2) check box selected for Delete close of year transactions during transfer box

3)Check box selected for Create closing transactions during transfer

4) Check box selected for voucher number must be filled in

Note:

Uncheck the Delete close of year transactions during transfer box and run the year close after that  select the same check box and run the year close but issue 

remains the same

Please suggest on this.

    That issues happens when the "Delete close-of-year transactions during transfer" is selected in the General ledger parameters and Opening account is filled in.

    Try to uncheck elete close-of-year transactions

    Hi sriikanth,

    This is a know issue. On LCS MS writes:

    Solution 3656289

    If the Delete close-of-year transactions during transfer check box is selected in the General ledger parameters form, opening transactions and system-generated closing transactions that exist for the year to be closed are deleted when the transfer is processed again in the Opening transactions form.

    If this workaround does not resolve your issue then get in contact with a developer and/or the MS support by opening a support ticket.
