The question is simple. We recently migrated from OTRS to microsoft Dynamics 365 customer service hub.
In OTRS our customers had the ability to view their outstanding tickets and their status.
Is the same possible in Dynamics 365 customer service hub?

I assume your customers are external. Usually this is achieved by using Dynamics Portal, it is a website that you expose crm information (cases in this case) to outside customers. They will have the ability to create accounts on this portal and you will track them as contacts.

I assume your customer are external to your organisation and does not have a Dynamics license associated with. To enable your customer to view their outstanding tickets, you need to configure Dynamics Portal and create a user ID for them.
