Hi,
In the Service->Work Order overview I want to add a column with the booked resource name.
How do I do this?
Or do I need to use Advanced Find for this. If so the how?
I've spend over an hour trying everything without results...
My goal is to get a list with all scheduled work orders with the columns Work Order Number, System Status and Resource Name in it.
So I have an overview of who is working on what...
Thanks for your help,
Boudewijn
Yes, that is correct.
Hi Kim, so you are looking to have a view of all work orders whether or not they are booked?
Dan - I have kind of the opposite request as I want to see UNSCHEDULED work orders as well. I already have a customer my view for bookings, but it doesn't allow me to see unscheduled work orders (for bulk updating, etc.) Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks Dan,
In the Booking Entity I created exactly what I needed!
And very simple to do also.
Start in the Booking Tab
Then create the view:
Added a few extra Columns and handled sorting...
Thanks again.

Since you are looking only for scheduled work orders, what about building the view on the booking entity, and then you can add all the work order information easily. Your entry point will be the booking tab, or you can always add it to a dashboard.
Hi Boudewijn,
It cannot be achieved unfortunately.
A column in a view can only show the fields which is contained in the entity itself or in an entity which has a 1:N relationship with the original entity.
It means that a work order record can have only one resource name. But it is clear that this is not the case in practice.
