Hi Everyone,
I am wondering why is "Cash reports" (RCashAccountStatement) visible in Cash and bank management in production, but missing entirely from the nav menu in my dev/sandbox environment — same legal entity, same country/region, same Feature Management state as far as I can tell? Running it directly via URL works fine, so the report itself is fine; it's just not showing in navigation. Is this a known version/delocalization thing, or is there a specific setting I'm missing?

The AOT proves that the sub menu exists but it's not showing in the ui

for the Production its visible

Could you please let us know whether Prod and UAT/ Dev has the same version?

Kindly check whether you have all the priviliege to see the reports and do you have the same issue for all the users or only to specific users?

HI @Subra,

I have SysAdmin role in both environments.

Prod version is 10.0.48 ,PU72 .and dev version is 10.0.47 PU71.

Hi Raed,

I hope you have to enable the config Key, since I can see the menu item is related with config key and country region codes. Maybe with V48 they have enabled by default and report is visible in Prod and it's not visible in dev due to the config key.

Please compare the config ket between Prod and Dev and enabled the required config key.

Additionally, it's not visisble in V46 as well.

Hi Subra,

Unfortunately, no.

The reason that I disagree with your solution is because these are built-in menu items not customized also, they don't have any extensions btw.

Did you checked the configuration keys for all the menu items and checked whether all the config key was enabled?

Additionally, all the standard menu items can be enabled or disabled using the config key.
