Management Reporter report access and email to user groups

Hi. I have prepared a MR report and I am trying to circulate report between different departments within my organization . I have put unit security at reporting tree level that will limit the access of each department head at unit level. However i would like to automate report viewing in a way that once report is generated it should send email to relevant users that has been setup in unit security. 

What would be the easiest way to achieve this?
