700Hi folks,
I want to create a new website in AX in order to be able to expose customers data in Dynamics to an external interface using web services.
For this I need to configure a default website in AX. I followed this description

I dont quite understand how it should be created: In the step 4 Virtual directory share path I should enter the path, which I get from my site on the IIS? But I dont have yet this website.
Then it is said that if we can enter the path: \\MyServer\MyWebsiteVirtualDirectory., but when I enter name of my server e.g. AX-2012-66\\MicrosoftDynamicsAXAif60\ then I get en error
"The Web site "myNewWebSite" has an invalid share address. Confirm that the machine is accessible and the server has read, write, and delete privileges."
If I add an address of a local path with the bin folder in it, then it says, the website is successfully deployed.
I see a lot on the internet that the website adress should end with xppservice.svc
Is there clear instruction somewhere or can anyone explain me the steps?
