I couldn't join two grids how can I do that?
Its too abstract, give us more details what are you exactly doing, and what you struggling with.
You can't join grids, what you need to join are the datasources, the grid is an object wich prints the data from the datasource in the form. We haven't enought information, you must tell us wich datasources must be joined
like these two grids, how can I join them together?

You mean when you are clicking on top one records on bottom one get updated ? If yes you need to join data sources using link = delay. Please refer to dynamicsaxhari.blogspot.co.nz/.../form-data-source-link-types-active.html
but there is no relation between them. I need to add the fields in table 2 to the fields in table 1. or the opposite

That makes no sense you have to have relation between them if you want to see fields from 2 tables in one grid line.
