Dev version or Extend trial version of On-Premise D365 CE

Hi

I have set up a dev environment on VMs  to learn about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have been practising on and off. It's basically an environment where I write plugins and workflows and test javascript APIs. Since I have got other stuff to do too, so I haven't been able to work on it much. Because of this I have already run out of trial version! It's on-premise version of D365 v9 (1612 to be exact). How can I reset the trial version? I don't mind if everything in the database or that instance is lost. I just want a working instance where I can test and learn things. I cannot justify getting such an expensive license for this, so what are my options please? Thank you very much!

I would try two things. First, uninstall Dynamics 365 and then re-install. If that fails then set up a new VM and install there.
