When attempting to add a Twitter profile, the browser takes us to a generic About Dynamics 365 page, and not to Twitter login or authorization.
How to link a Twitter profile?
There was unfortunately an update on the Twitter API on the Twitter side. We will have this fixed very soon.
Is it because Twitter API is closed? Can I add a social media profile with open API?

It is because of a change to the OAUTH flow Twitter made. It is documented in their blog post: blog.twitter.com/.../Sign-in-with-Twitter-users-must-whitelist-callback-URLs.html
MSE has a patch built already. We are trying to deploy it to production this weekend. It will be fixed very soon.
