Credit management, issue with "Customer credit groups" running in Credit block

Hi All

We recently set up the customer credit groups, with certain credit limits and members.

The customers in the customer credit group, do not have have an individual credit limit and do not have /credit limit mandatory/.

Now we also use credit management groups used in the blocking rules. The only blocking rule we're using is credit limit used and there we group by credit management group.

My question, can we not use credit management groups and customer credit groups together?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can refer to this official document: Credit management parameters setup - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnThis article describes the options that you can use to configure Credit management to meet your business's requirements. Or you can also refer to this official document: Customer credit groups - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. You can define groups of customers who have a shared credit limit. The individual credit limit that is defined on the customer invoice account is also considered.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    HI Kevin

Thanks for your response. I checked all documentation, but it doesn't mention anywhere if customer credit groups intefere with credit management groups, as it does at the moment

    Hi Kevin

Very sorry for my late answer. I actually figurred out that when a customer is in a credit group he can't be simountanously in a credit management group. In my opinion this is a bug
