Hi all,

Greetings for the day!

I have a doubt can anyone please clarify it?

I want to know in which table these particular values (Grant access to all organization, Grant access to specific organizations individually) are stored,

Path :

D365FO environment -> System administration -> Users -> Users -> User's Roles [Tab] -> [Select a role] -> Assign organizations -> [Grant access to all organizations and Grant access to specific organizations individually]

I have the same question (2)

They are stored in OMUserRoleOrganization table, and can be accessed via SystemSecurityUserRoleOrganizationEntity data entity.

Actually I want to know where the values of radio buttons are stored,

Buttons names are:

1) Grant access to all organizations.

2) Grant access to specific organizations individually.

Kindly help!

I'd say that this radio button simply shows whether some organization level assignments exist or not.

If not, then the role is assigned for all organizations.

Hi Keethanaa,

The values for this radio button itself are not stored in the database. It is like Nikolaos explained. In addition on the form it will manage if the organization assignment is active or not. So, it is a kind of virtual field.
