Hi,
My users continuously get a message after they run a Trial Balance Report in GP 2015 that says Microsoft Dynamics GP has stopped working. The users go through Citrix. I have rebooted the citrix server, but that hasn't helped. Nothing new has been installed either. The users never received this message before.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue for them. Thank you.
