Whether description field of email entity support html format?

I'm writing an email sync program using C#, used for sync emails of outlook mailbox to Dynamics crm,  but I found that the content I read out with the program is in html format. I'm not sure whether the description field of the email entity supports html format, and what to do with the pictures in the content. Does anyone have any methods?
