Is this production, or still trial/preview? I have a ton of issues...

I am trying a trial instance, and there are so many things that make me question if this is truly ready for prime time?

  1. Performance - Many of the charts/graphs within the site just "spin" for 5 to 10 seconds before painting.  The whole page (complete information) often takes up to 20 seconds to load.  I made an event site for microsoftcrmportals.com, and submitting a registration form takes more than 10 seconds (I am afraid no one would continue the "register" process since it is taking too long.

  2. Redirect URLS - Timeline has very limited data - no way to see 

  3. Many "Insights" Blank - Whenever I navigate to things like "Web File Logs" "Web Page History" or "Web Page Logs" (from Contact) the component seems to fail to load.  The screen is blank (not "No Data" - blank meaning something is missing on the form)

  4. Many Data "clicks" and events missing - I cannot logically trace every action I do with redirects, landing pages, email clicks, and so on.  Obviously there appears to be some form of "lag" between me clicking, and it showing up in D365 for M, but I checked the next day and still many clicks and navigation's are missing in the data.

  5. Hosted Marketing Forms not displaying - I've created a Form Hosting, copied the DIV tags to my site, but when I navigate to it, it does not render.  The entire DIV area is "blank" on the form.

  6. Graphs missing "clicks" - I have clicks in other data-list views, but on the charts/graphs, it says "0 Clicks" and the pulldown to show clicks does not show any data

    so, here are the answers:

    1. performance has been radically improved

    2. can you be more detailed about the missing data?

    3. this is strange behavior

    4. again, this is quite strange. we have many customers in production using this capability daily

    5. you need to add the root domain to the whitelist otherwise for security reasons the form won't show up

    6. this sounds like a bug -does it still reproduce?

    Hi Joe,

    I'm sorry that you're seeing so many issues with your trial.  Let's take them one by one so we can try to address the issues.

    1.  The charts/graphs and the page load are known issues and there are several bugs open regarding performance.  I have not received any feedback on the registration form so I'll open a ticket on it.

    2.  What exactly are you trying to see on the timeline?  With more details I can open a feature request.  I would suggest also that you post this in the Ideas Forum so others can vote on it.

    3.  Can you please provide me with the URL of your instance so I can open a ticket and have this investigated?

    4.  Could you please provide me with some repro steps of one of these examples so I can have this investigated?

    5.  Could you please provide more details on how/what you entered to create the form and what DIV tags you copied?  Then I can have this investigated as well.

    6.  Could you please provide repro steps and a picture of one of these charts showing 0 and I'll have it looked into?
