We encounter issue in Management Reporter whereby a report with filter AA dimension filter fail to generate a selected month.
Error message stated:
An unknown error had occurred while processing report.
Unable to trace any error from Event Viewer.

The same report can be successfully generated for the previous month. The report for summary of all units can also be generated without any issue.

Have check in the Event Viewer again and error message stated as per below.

Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

There should be an error in the Event Viewer, on the MR server (where the MR services are running), under Applications and Services Logs | Microsoft | Dynamics | MR-Logger | Operational.

I'd also check the MR Configuration Console and see if there are any validation errors. You can click on Logs | Data Mart Integration and then click Refresh. If there are validation errors, you'll see them here.
