    Hi Narendra,

BU, Teams are table records, either using Data migration utility or Export/Import with same GUID using CSV format will work.

Move data between environments (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

Or you can try to use XRM Toolbox and the ‘Data Transporter’ plugin to transfer a team from one environment to another.

    Please follow below steps -

    1. Go to source environment from  Advance Settings -> settings - > Data management --> Template for Data Import -> Select Teams and Business Unit entity and download template for both the entity.

    2. Then go to Advance Find and search for  teams and business unit entity and add all the required column mentioned in the template. Export teams and business unit data.

    3. Fill all the relevant data in the template ( exported in step- 1) copying  from step 2 files and then import into target environment.
