Roles and privelages in AX 2012 R3

The privelages for the roles assigned to the users for workflow for all modules are view,edit,ans save and close,if I want to give certain users the right to view only,or view and

edit only and not be able to close or save,does it mean I have to remove privelages for duties,and will this happen in front end?

Can you clarify the question? What exactly do you mean with save and close? Maybe you can add a screenshot to illustrate your question?
