Field Service - Work Template Save error

Hi,

I get the below error when saving the Work Template in Field Service with a template resource.

The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it.

Any thoughts on why it is throwing the error?

    sorry for the delay in responding, yes i have got access to create new ones, but it is just one record that is throwing the error.

    Can you try the following URL to check whether you have access to the templates and are able to create new ones:

    https://<your URL>.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=<your App GUID>&cmdbar=true&newWindow=true&pagetype=entitylist&etn=msdyn_workhourtemplate
