Can chat transfer back to power virtual agent from Omnichannel live agent?

We need to transfer the chat back to chatbot if agent doesn't responds or rejects the chat request

    Actually in our scenario, we don't want live agent to transfer chat to bot manually. In our requirement if agent doesn't respond to request within timeout time or rejects the request then only we need to transfer it back to bot.
