Can anyone tell me where to default "attention information" for PO header view?

This is the screenshoot of my PO's header view where "attention information" field located :
if I understand you
if you need to pass default value for this field, you can create a field in vendtable and pass this value when you initiate your purchase order

Attention Information is available in PurchTable table as field ReqAttention.
