Power portal form date picker working for one field but not the other field with jquery 3.6.0 added. If we remove jquery its working fine

Without jquery 3.6.0 Im able to select the date and submit the form. But if If i add jquery 3.6.0 Im able to select date for date of purchase but date of birth is selected while submitting it shows error saying DOB required. I am not sure why the form is not taking DOB selected date.
