Purchase Contract management

I am very new to Microsoft Nav and wants to know how purchase contracts are maintained in NAV:

1 - Does anyone knows if there is any place in Nav 2015/16 where user can enter a purchase CONTRACTS in which company buyer can save Contracted prices and quantity to buy in within a period.

2 - Once the contract is entered in system, will is allow to place a PO against each contracted prices and gradually use-up all the pre-contracted quantities which were agreed upon with vendor.

    The contracts functionality is available in some localized versions, e.g. in Russian; they were not available in W1 version.

    But, if you use W1 version, you can use the functionality of price lists, available for the vendor setup - it should at least partly cover your needs. You can access it by pressing "Prices" button in the Ribbon menu of Vendor card.

    You can use Blanket Purchase Order functionality to meet your requirements in standard NAV.
