5Hi Team,
We have several forms within a Project and can able to see at time randomly responses submitted for other foms are collected in the First form(Form1) within the project.
Every day i come across 3 to 5 such instances and we check with front end team and there is no such issues with usage of QR Code.
To test the feature, we disabled Form1 in the project and monitored for couple of days no such issue exists.
would like to know is this something you have experienced.
