Unexplained 'To' references in email

Hi

When recently replying to an email attached to a Case, the 'to' field was populated with erroneous recipients (client ID's in a customised entity), in addition to the sender name.  i have noticed this on a fair few occasions and I am completely at a loss to understand why.  Has anybody an ides why this is occurring?

I have attached a screen shot for reference.  Those numbers in the 'To' fields are the erroneous records.

Thanks Darren

    Hi,

try to click on the number, where did it redirect to? customised entity? it yes, it seems this email is resolved using customised entity.

Yes, it takes me to the corresponding customer record, in the customer entity.  Sorry, I don't understand what you mean be 'resolve', could you classify?

    Thanks
