Entity campaigne response get Customer Field

Hello 

I need to get the value of customer field in Campaigne Response record using Power automate 

but I could not find the field in the Dataverse action

    Hi,

    what is changing in first step and is the Campaign Response lookup filed exist on the first step or not? Is the first step trigger when Campaign Response updated?

    If the first step trigger on the Campaign Response, then you have the ID of Campaign Response otherwise if the Campaign Response exists as lookup field on the first step Record then you have the ID of Campaign Response as Lookup Field value.

    If the Campaign Response doesn't exist on the first step as lookup field, you don't get any ID of Campaign response. If the Campaign Response exists on the first step record as Text field then you must use List Row and fetch the Campaign Response with the name.
