Hi,
I got error when access D365FO on my VM, I guess some counters are missing.
Does anyone know this issue? where can I find performance counters config (*.ini) for D365FO?
Have you tried to do a build of your customized model to check if there are any errors there?
You can check this thread as well which discusses a similar issue.
Short answer: redeploy the system.
Long answer: what changes were made in the system after it stopped working? Perhaps you installed some MS update incompletely? Does it happen only on one system?

Did you do anything before you got this error?
This can occur when Windows performance counters have become corrupted.
You could follow this Microsoft article to rebuild performance counters:
