    Hello GirishS

    thank you for  your help.

    I followed the steps but i end up getting error "cannot merge to itself".

    Hi ayadee,

    Sorry, I think this will work if there is two customer or vendor with same name in different legal entities.

    Hope some other will answer your thread.

    Hey, if you want to create a custom role I recommend duplicating a role that has some of the privileges you want to assign to the new custom role and editing the copy.
