Hello...we have scenarios where a Sales Order which was released from credit management w/out posting is sent right back to credit management at the Release to Warehouse checkpoint. This is our only checkpoint with a grace period of one day. The grace days should apply to all credit management parameters and rules, is that correct? I changed the grace days to three days in a testing environment but still have the same scenario. Any knowledge or suggestions is appreciated.
Best regards,
Lori
If you have above setup then it will not go to CM within 1 day ? also just check date and time format what system is considering as 1 day? try using 2 days and see.

Thank you for the response. Your comment is interesting. We don't use any other checkpoint aside from Release to Warehouse. So, I think what you are saying is that the grace period we have set for Release to Warehouse is the grace period between Release to Warehouse and Packing Slip or Invoice, is that correct? We were expecting the Sales Order to not be sent to CM at all during the one day grace period.
Can you please give one example?
Normally grace periods holds check for another step , e.g. if grace period is 3 days for SO confirmation then from date of confirmation to 3 days , credit check will not be performed , now it can be packing slip or invoice
