How do we setup employee for two state income taxes? Dynamics SL 7

We are running Dynamics SL 7 and need to know if there is a way to setup one employee to have two state income taxes withheld.  This employee is working in TX and lives in OK.  Even though TX doesn't have state income taxes, he still needs to be in TX for proper SUTA calculation.  But he has also requested that OK income taxes be withheld.

Create a new work location for him that has both the TX SUTA deduction and the Oklahoma state deduction.  Attach the new work location to his employee id.   This new work location needs to be entered on the timecard.   Depending on how you do your timecards it can default from the project, task or the employee maintenance screen.
