Can anyone tell me what security role, or permissions and privileges a user must have for a workflow (Case Management) item to be successfully assigned to the user.
We are using the case management workflow, with workflow element assignments set to group participants. Currently if a user in the group does not have System Admin rights the workflow stops.
I have created a custom role with all the case management privileges and duties assigned to it but to no avail.
Would highly appreciate any assistance.
