Hi ,
AX is not showing vouchers on invoice due to some issue. What should i do ?
Is it possible to reverse the invoice . what should i do . Please help

Have you checked in GL whether there is a record pending in the subledger journal voucher not yet transferred form?

Yes yes, I checked that . Actually we know ,it happened because of the customization we did in AX .
AX is not at fault.
But we do not know what should be the solution for it now . Should we cancle/delete..or is there a way to reverse .
Please help .

for Reversing the invoice ,you can try add the negative lines to the order and post the invoice .

If you know that the customization is the problem then you need to talk to the developer who created the customization and ask him/her to fix it.
As we don't have details how this system modification was made, you need to revert back to your development team.

Is reversing possible , as this is already invoiced . We have also found that cause . When we ran the batch Job it removed the distribution lines, as a result the vouchers disappeared.
The customization might have caused the deletion of the distribution lines. I have never seen such issue before. Like Ludwig mentioned, go back to the developer for a fix.
It has been identified that its happening because batch job is deleting Distribution Lines. We have stopped the batch job .
But what to do with existing PO.
Like mentioned above, check with a developer if he can think of a data repair job. We are not able to get the deleted lined back for you on this forum.
