    Hi Emmanuel,

Please check your DB storage capacity, either one of the related might be running out of space. Mostly the user log drive. Try to check this first should be resolved.

    Thanks

Do you have MaxMemLoad set in the Microsoft Dynamics AX Server Configuration utility as a startup command?

    technet.microsoft.com/.../aa569637.aspx

How much memory do you have allocated to your AX AOS instance that you have problem with?

We are using 8 CPU cores and 32 GB RAM for each AX AOS.

Make sure you have enough memory available, and monitor your memory usage over time. Try to see if memory consumption grows constantly over time until it reaches the maximum, or if it explodes when running certain processes only.

    Okey thanks.

But, we upgraded the AOS server memory to 16GB and upgraded the number of process to 12, also the MaxMemLoad set to 75 Currently, we can see that the physical memory is used at 57 percent.

    What do you think?

I think you need to monitor your workload and see what is the pattern for the memory usage (grows in large chunks, or slowly across time), and try to correlate it with what business processes are running at that time. I.e. your finance department running a large report that they normally do not open, or a scheduled batch starts processing something big, etc.

Did you change any of the default table/object cache values in the AX Server configuration within the System administration module's setup?
