How do you get monthend KPIs (balance sheet stats ) to report on the Profit and Loss Statement

Hello need help to get Balance Sheet KPIs example Total Number of Fleet or FTEs at Month End to show month end data in the P/L report rather than showing only the change in activity from month to month.   At the moment I know only how to show month end KPIs in the balance sheet report.   Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks.
