Workflow stuck in pending

Hi All,

We are facing workflow issue for all workflow available such as Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Free Text Invoice, General Ledger and others workflow.

For an example, this Purchase Order stuck in pending. Where work item is not created.

Technically once submitted for approval, after a while work item will be created to the first approval and so on. but in this case its stuck in pending.

We could not identify what is root cause for this issue.

Anyone has experience in this issue, appreciate the help.

Hi TQ,

Can you actually recall the workflow?

If so, what happens if you recall it and resubmit it?

Does it get stuck again?

Did you see the same issue in the past or did it suddenly came up?

What about other environment?

Do you see the same issue in other environments (demo/test system)

Provided screenshot is very small and not readable.

From your lines it seems that Workflow batch jobs are not running correctly. I would recommend following:

Delete current workflow batch jobs

Run workflow configurator to re-create all 3 batch jobs

Recall workflow and resubmit to test again.
