subscription billing Termination

Hi Guys
 
We facing this problem severall months and still not found the a solution. 
we tried to terminate a specific line with credit option: Credit adjustemen. (Credit option: Issue credit work fine) 




and we got fallowing error message: 



we tried everything to fix it. 
I have the same question (0)

    What exactly do you mean by "we tried everything to fix it"? It would be recommended to list your attempts to prevent getting answers with suggestions you tried already.
     
    In case there is an imbalance, usually, this is caused by a missing main account setup on posting profiles or the main account is not part of an active account structure for the legal entity. Have you verified these settings?

    Not sure if you saw this old thread, you can check the settings like posting profiles as mentioned in the old thread:
    The transactions on voucher do not balance as per 4/19/2023. (accounting currency: -10,000.00 - reporting currency: -1,342.25) (dynamics.com)

    Problem solved.

    Microsoft Support could not help us. 

    Set this to "NO" 

    Subscription billing > Recurring contract billing > Setup> Recurring contract billing parameters

    Set "Customer split" to "no"
