CLR Types for SQL Server 2012 in Windows Server 2012

Hi

Does anybody knows what why in NAV 2013 R2 ! ... the Setup stops and ask the CLR Types files (OPEN window appears) ?

What is this issue only for NAV R2 setup when windows is server 2012 ?

We installed CLR Types, and then removed them, but no use, ... when Setup for NAV R2 runs it appears that Open Window to find (?) the CLR Types.

Did you have this situation before?

    google for "Microsoft® System CLR Types for Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012".

    Hi,

    You will find the "SQLSysClrTypes.msi" in your setup folder from where you are installing.

    It is available in below path so just give this path while system asking for the file and press ok to begin the setup.

    Dynamics NAV Setup folder(please select your folder) \PrerequisiteComponents\Microsoft SQL Server Management Objects

    I had the same error some months ago. I tried all, but finally I solved the problem unistalling all previous versions of SQL and installing from the begining.
