Receive PO on app Item Number error

When I try to recive an item with the mobile app I get a " The item ID is not valid" error. Need help I am entering the item id and keep getting same error.

Hi Fischjm78,

Does the item you entered enable ‘Use warehouse management processes’ option in related Storage dimension groups?

this issue appears only when the storagedim is not using wms process. change the storagedim and it'll work.
